flawlessly with our server since FTP is a standard based
protocol.

to enter your username and password for your site.

After you entered your password click LOG ON. You should
now see your files and folders located on the web server.
You can use Internet Explorer to copy and paste files from
and to the server just like you can copy files on your local
machine.
Other FTP clients:
You can use Internet Explorer to
upload to your site or choose one of many FTP clients.
Tested clients are Macromedia Dreamweaver, CuteFTP,
FrontPage or WSFTP. Using one of these programs, you then
can upload your site, using your sites username and
password. Make sure the file containing your default page is
named index.htm or index.asp. Optional, FrontPage extensions
can be installed on request and you can upload/change your
website via WebDAV using Frontpage98 or newer.
Most common issues:
Blank window and/or server time out
message
After entering your password the server seems to
accept your authentication but no files or folders are
visible. After a brief pause the system may respond with
"Server times out" 2 different issues may cause this
behavior. Both are related to your client settings. Please
check that PASSIVE FTP is used, not ACTIVE FTP. Please turn
off any client side firewalls. Both Windows XP SP2 firewall
as well as Mac OS X firewalls may case this behavior. NAT
type firewalls like common home routers do work well with
our server and do not require any changes.
Files are visible
but system responds with "out of space" or access
denied
Most sites are limited to 250MB of disk space. If you
reached the limit please delete unused files or request a
quota increase.
Please contact us if you have any additional
questions.
